Return & Replacement Policy

At Jimmy Stickers, each order is produced in limited quantities and for that reason we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue, we’ll do our best to make it right through our replacement policy.

Replacement Requests

Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please send:

  • A clear photo of the issue
    Your order name or order number
  • A short description of what happened

If the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect order, a replacement will be sent at no charge.

What’s Covered

Examples of issues that may qualify:

  • Printing defects
  • Major color issues
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing items
  • Damage during shipping
  • Premature peeling or failure under normal use

What’s Not Covered

We may not replace stickers damaged by:

  • Improper application
  • Extreme abrasion or intentional damage
  • Surfaces not suitable for stickers
  • Normal wear over long periods of heavy outdoor exposure

Important Note

Every situation is a little different. We try to handle replacement requests fairly and reasonably. Clear photos help speed things up.
