Return & Replacement Policy
At Jimmy Stickers, each order is produced in limited quantities and for that reason we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue, we’ll do our best to make it right through our replacement policy.
Replacement Requests
Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, please send:
- A clear photo of the issue
Your order name or order number - A short description of what happened
If the issue appears to be a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect order, a replacement will be sent at no charge.
What’s Covered
Examples of issues that may qualify:
- Printing defects
- Major color issues
- Incorrect item received
- Missing items
- Damage during shipping
- Premature peeling or failure under normal use
What’s Not Covered
We may not replace stickers damaged by:
- Improper application
- Extreme abrasion or intentional damage
- Surfaces not suitable for stickers
- Normal wear over long periods of heavy outdoor exposure

Every situation is a little different. We try to handle replacement requests fairly and reasonably. Clear photos help speed things up.
