If you receive damaged or incorrect stickers, please get in touch with our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. Once we can confirm photos of the damaged or incorrect product we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and we will cover the shipping. We don’t offer returns for any other reason because we want to offer our customers a sticker that is brand new.
Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale pricing options for larger orders. In general once you order over 50 units we are willing to offer standard 3×3 or smaller stickers and magnets at $2 a piece. Please contact us for more information.
Typically, we process orders within 5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. In Canada and the United States it’s usually less than two weeks to go anywhere.
The majority of Jimmy Stickers are made from premium high grade, UV and water resistant vinyl. This vinyl can withstand harsh weather and is rated to last up to up to 5 years in the outdoors when applied correctly. The materials used for each sticker can be found in the detailed product description just below the product title. Our stickers can be applied to any hard, flat surface, including glass, metal or plastic, however the surface must be clean and it’s usually best to use an alcoholic wipe and to let the surface dry completely. We have printed on standard high quality vinyl, holographic vinyl, sparkle border vinyl as well as clear plastic and durable vinyl fabric. We hope to eventually produce stickers on wood and even metal.

We use high-quality adhesives to ensure that our stickers stay in place for a long, long, long time. We suggest Goo Be Gone to remove any glue once a sticker has been removed.
